Here's how our process works:
- Call us at 305.563.6622 to speak to a credit expert right away, or fill out the referral form below.
- If you choose to fill out the referral form, one of our credit experts will reach out to your client via phone, email, and/or text.
- They'll learn more about your client's situation, & get them signed up.
- Your client will be assigned a dedicated nonprofit Credit Coach, powered by CredEvolv's platform.
- The Coach will create a customized Success Plan - your client's blueprint for success.
- Once your client has achieved his or her credit goals, they'll come back to you, ready to qualify for a loan.
Along the way, we'll let you know:
- That we've received your lead.
- That we've been attempting to reach your referral.
- If we're unable to reach your referral.
- Once your client's initial interview has been scheduled.
- If your client decides not to sign up.
- Once your client is close to being loan ready.
- Once your client reaches their credit goal and is ready to qualify.
